We are grateful for every gift and every guest. This policy explains how refunds work for donations, event tickets, and vendor fees.
Donations to Ready Set Dream Big are generally non-refundable, because they are put to work right away supporting our scholarships and programs. If you believe you made an error, such as a duplicate gift or an incorrect amount, please email info@rsdreambig.org within 15 days and we will review your request and make a correction where we are able.
Tickets to our gala and other events are non-refundable, but they are transferable, so you are welcome to send another guest in your place. If we cancel or reschedule an event, you may request a refund or apply your purchase toward the new date.
Vendor table fees are non-refundable once your table has been confirmed, except in the event that we cancel the event, in which case your fee will be refunded.
