Dr. Ronda Dillon is the Founder and Executive Director of Ready Set Dream Big Community Outreach, which she launched in 2021 to administer charitable, educational, and philanthropic services to deserving members of the community, and to provide accessible resources for individuals and families in crisis.
She founded the organization in honor of her grandparents, George and Ruby Joseph, who believed deeply in giving back through education and faith. George served as the founder and pastor of their church in South Bend, Indiana for over forty years, where he and Ruby made giving back to their community a way of life. Their legacy is the heartbeat of Ready Set Dream Big.
A proud resident of the Atlanta metropolitan area, Dr. Dillon brings more than fifteen years of leadership experience to the work. Over her career she has led major digital and program initiatives for organizations including Coca-Cola, Verizon, AT&T, SunTrust, Turner Broadcasting, and Accenture. She holds a Doctorate in Health Care Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University.
Behind every credential is something simpler: a belief, passed down from George and Ruby, that a person's circumstances should never decide their future. Dr. Dillon founded Ready Set Dream Big to carry that belief forward, opening doors for students through scholarships and bringing joy to families through the organization's annual toy drive.
