Ready Set Dream Big did not begin with a logo or a website. It began with a belief, passed down through a family, that a person's circumstances should never decide their future.
That belief came from George and Ruby, whose lives were built around faith, education, and service to their community. Their example shaped our founder, Dr. Ronda Dillon, who carried it forward and turned it into something a whole community could be part of.
The name says exactly what we hope for every young person we reach. Ready, because they are capable of more than they know. Set, because with the right support, they are prepared. Dream big, because we never want a child to believe their dreams are too large for the life ahead of them.
