More Than Two Events: How We Support Our Community

By Ready Set Dream Big

When people hear about Ready Set Dream Big, they often know us for two things: our year-end toy drive and our Women Who Make It Happen scholarship gala. Those events are the heart of our calendar, and we're proud of them. But they're not the whole story.

At our core, we're a community support organization. That means our work isn't limited to two dates on a calendar, it shows up wherever our neighbors need a hand.

Tutoring students

Education has always been close to our heart. Beyond scholarships, we've worked directly with students through tutoring, helping young people build the skills and confidence to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Standing with families in transition

We've volunteered our time at a local women's shelter, supporting families during some of their most difficult seasons. It's a reminder that community support sometimes looks like showing up in person, with care and without judgment.

We're here to support our community in whatever way it needs.

Two flagship events, one bigger mission

The toy drive and the gala are two of the things we do every year, and they anchor our work. But they exist inside a bigger commitment: to keep finding ways to lift up the people around us, all year long.

As our community grows, so does our work. And we're grateful for every neighbor, donor, and volunteer who helps us do more.
