Every young person we support is a future teacher, founder, parent, or neighbor. When we invest in them today, we are quietly investing in everyone whose life they will touch tomorrow.
That is why we do not just hand out scholarships and walk away. We celebrate young people on our stage, we connect them with mentors and speakers who have walked the road ahead, and we tell them, plainly, that we believe in them.
Leadership is not something you are born with. It is something that is nurtured, modeled, and encouraged. Our job is to make sure the next generation has plenty of all three.
